Privacy policy

This policy covers the Comniwork marketing website (the pages at /, /features, /pricing, /faq, /contact, /privacy, and /terms). The Comniwork product itself — accessed via /login and the authenticated app behind it — is covered by a separate in-product agreement that you accept when you create an account.

Short version: we only collect what you give us, we only use it to reply to you, and we never sell it.

When you submit the contact form, you give us:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your company name (optional)
• The project type you selected
• The message you wrote

We also receive your IP address as a side-effect of the request — we use it only to rate-limit submissions so the form can't be spammed. IP addresses are not stored beyond a short rate-limit window in server memory.

Your submission is emailed to our inbox. We use it to reply to you and, if our work together moves forward, to keep a record of our conversation in standard business email. We don't add you to a mailing list and we don't share your information with anyone.

This marketing site sets one functional cookie — your light or dark theme preference. It does not run analytics, advertising, or third-party trackers. If we ever add analytics, we'll update this page and disclose it clearly.

We use Resend to deliver the contact-form email and Vercel to host this site. Each handles your data only to the extent required to deliver their service.

You can ask us to delete your contact-form submission at any time. Email pratyush.aswal@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete my data" and we'll confirm within a business day.

If we change anything material, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after that date constitutes acceptance of the change.
